How do I know the correct size for my baby?

How can I return or exchange an item?

Any unworn, unwashed and undamaged non sale item purchased only from montresorbebe.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the ship date. For more information on how to complete your return please click here to see our full return and exchange policy.

What should I do if I received a damaged item?

If you feel the item you received is damaged, please email a picture of the damaged item together with all order information including: customer name, customer phone number, order number and damaged product SKU. Please send the email to support@montresorbebe.com and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help you.

Why is my promotion code not working?

Check first to see if:

  • Promotion code has not expired.
  • Promotion Code has been entered correctly.
  • Promotion code has not been used already.
  • The items in your order qualify per the promotion details.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please fill out a contact form or email us at support@montresorbebe.com. We’ll do our best to cancel your order at this point. However, please keep in mind that we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, and we’ll be unable to cancel your order once it’s entered our shipping process.

How will I be sure that the color is exactly as it appears?

We have made every effort to accurately display the products that appear on the site. However, due to lighting conditions, differences in monitor types and display settings, merchandise colors, materials and patterns may appear slightly different than they actually are.
