We at Mon Tresor strive to make babies and their mamas happy. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return all eligible items within 7 days from when you receive your package.
Return shipping is at the buyers expense.

Return Requirements:
- All items marked down to 15% off or more or purchased using a discount code of 15% or more are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged for size.
- All items purchased on sale or using any discount code are FINAL SALE.
- Items must be returned within 7 days from when you receive your package.
- Items must be unworn and any items altered or damaged may not be returned.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags and dust bags. Any items returned that do not fit these requirements are subject to a $10 repackaging fee.
- All undershirts are final sale and non-refundable.
- All Mon Tresor Gift Boxes are final sale and non-refundable.
Please note that if a return does not meet the requirements listed above, we have the right to refuse the return.

Refunds:
Items returned within 7 days from when you received your package will be eligible for a full refund, refunded to the original form of payment used when order was placed.
You have up to 14 days to return your eligible items for a store credit. Once your items are received we will email you a website credit.
Please be advised, if you received free shipping with your order and return the full order, $6.50 USD will be deducted from your total refund for domestic shipping.
Exchanges:
Mon Tresor does not offer direct exchanges for previous orders. If you would like to exchange your item, simply process a regular return on the original order and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. Please note, all exchange shipping costs are always at the responsibility of the buyer.
